Of Little Brothers
I'm sure some of you can relate. You've been a only child for years, and all of a sudden, a little brother springs up. Up to then, you've been the one spoiled and praised and out of the clear blue, the little brother can do no wrong. That's what happened to me... but my little brother is of the four legged persuasion. Literally, my mother's Persian cat, Musgo. Ours is a hate-hate relationship, understandably :) In spite of it, he will get the newest quilt.

Cosido a máquina, acolchado a mano.
tu pellejo tan hermoso
(como el mío)
y melena de león,
acabarán cual visón
en el cuello de mi abrigo.

Binding a quilt with odd angles isn't a walk on the park. I started last night and got frustrated mighty quick. I'm binding by hand, using single fold bias binding. I can see a few days worth of work ahead of me. On the happy side of things, I got pictures of the travel bug quilt! :) Here is a photo of the back with the location of places it has seen.
